Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)
Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)
Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder caused by loss of nerve cells in the brain. There is no known cure for MSA at this point.
MSA symptoms include slowness of movement, loss of balance and coordination, bladder problems and abnormal blood pressure. MSA impacts each patient differently. MSA is rare and often diagnosed initially as Parkinson's Disease.
